During the Spring term, we went on a journey through our theme, inspired by two fantastic books: Daisy and the Trouble with London and The Snail and the Whale. These stories helped us explore adventure, travel, and the excitement of discovering new places.
To wrap up our learning, we enjoyed a local trip to the park, where the children had the opportunity to connect their ideas about journeys and exploration to their own environment. We also celebrated World Book Day, coming together to share our favourite stories and celebrate the joy of reading.

In Art, the class worked creatively to produce a beautiful Easter display, showcasing their imagination and developing artistic skills. In Maths, within our groups we explored measurement, practised our 2, 5 and 10 times tables, and learned about 2D and 3D shapes, building confidence through hands-on activities and problem‑solving.
