P.E.
Wednesday mornings - sport with Mr Ball, Mr Perry & Miss Wicks. Please wear P.E. Kit to school.
Children can wear P.E. Kit or Always Active uniform to school on P.E. days.
P.E. kit is a red Brookside t-shirt, black shorts and/or black joggers/leggings, a sweatshirt/hoodie and trainers.

Home Learning at Brookside Academy
Reading
- Children are provided with weekly reading words that revisit the phonics sounds they have been learning in school. This helps reinforce early reading skills and supports confidence when applying phonics knowledge.

Children receive a reading record, and families are encouraged to read with their child at least three times each week.
