Today, all of Otters became budding scientists for science week and investigated which materials would be the best to use for a hankie, when you have a cold. We thoroughly enjoyed dripping water on the materials and then ordered them. Some of us chose to order them best to worst and some of us split the materials into could be and couldn’t be. Our curiosity didn’t stop there though as we asked further questions, such as how would denim be effected by water or how long will the materials take to dry?

 

The materials are currently ‘hanging out’ to see if they dry by Monday in our classroom. A fantastic day with superb effort and excellent explanations! Well done Otters!
