This week in Early Years we explored the story of Jaspers Beanstalk and learnt the days of the week. The children had a go at drawing their own ideas of what might be at the top of their Beanstalk. 

In Maths we were learning about 3D shapes, we investigated what 2D shape print a 3D shape made, explored shapes that rolled and/or didn’t roll and we went on a 3D shape hunt around the classroom. 

In our skills afternoons we enjoyed learning a new song in music, looking at old and new transport and used a doodle app on the iPads to create a self-portrait.
