It has been a very busy few weeks in Dolphins Class!

In geography, we have been learning about rainforests. We have enjoyed finding out about the layers of the rainforest as well as the different plants and animals that live there. We created brilliant posters to show off our learning. We have also found out about the climate in the rainforest and looked at the impact of deforestation.

In science, we have carried on our learning about the digestive system by finding out about teeth. We identified the different types of teeth, their roles and looked at the different ways we can look after our teeth. To show our learning we created posters to remind people to take care of their teeth. To investigate tooth decay, we have placed eggs in different liquids to observe any changes.

In Math’s this week, we have been adding. We have practised using a column method with exchanges and have answered a range of problem solving questions.
