Year 6 are still firing on all cylinders during art week and have been putting the finishing touches to the Day of the Dead skulls! It was a slow start with skill level, but as the children warmed up, detail became more refined.  Later we explored ideas for a Mexican / Maya inspired mural which will be created using a styrofoam printing technique – pictures to follow tomorrow as we get stuck into the creation stage!
