What a fantastic return after half term! Year Two are complete super stars!

In Maths we have been looking at a range of activities from shape to calculating and even beginning to reason!

In English we have had a thoroughly exciting week as we met a rather strange character called Mr Penguin! He looks like a penguin, waddles like a penguin and even wiggles his bottom when he walks. However… he is no ordinary penguin! He is a detective with a magnifying glass and a rather interesting hat! (See image).

We have thoroughly enjoyed our art sessions this week, making excellent sketches of some characters we have met through our books. Can you remember who we drew? I wonder who we will draw next!
