Year 3 have been very busy this half term learning about, rocks, fossils and soils. We had a super day visiting Lyme Regis where we had a chance to listen to a real palaeontologist, look at a variety of fossils and even had a chance to look for one of our own.

In Art, we have learnt about a current impressionist artist. We have watched how she paints, explored her techniques and studied some of her paintings. We have practised these and completed a painting of our own.

English has been great fun this week as we have explored different types of poetry and written some of our own.

In Math’s, we have been learning to tell the time. Please continue to practise this at home.
